The Fine Cast group Foundries offer state-of-the-art production of Cast Iron & Ductile Iron products. We are committed to producing quality products providing total customer satisfaction and delivering International standard-made value competitively and quickly. Fine Cast group foundries specialize in: Graded Cast Iron and SGI Iron Casting.
To ensure the quality of Cast Iron, SG Iron products, while meeting customer demands on turn around, we keep a track of critical die wear and correct any potential problems before final inspection of metal castings. We look forward to serving your manufacturing needs.
Industry Focused
Foundry Infrastructure
Moulding Line
Any high quality casting begins with a high-quality mould. This concept was clearly embodied in our mind and so we invested in Automatic Arpa machines for producing moulds which result in castings with exceptional dimensional accuracy & superior surface finish. The productivity of this machine is as high as 30 – 40 moulds / hour.
Core Shop
Core making is the process which forms the interior part of the casting. Cores can be used to extend mould projections to create extra mould sections, or to block out and create negative drafts. Complex castings can involve the use of multiple cores. Core foundry infrastructure includes Induction furnaces, Automatic Sand plant with 20 tonnes per hour capacity, High speed intensive mixers, Automatic moulding machines, Cold box machines, Track & Trolley systems
Melting
All foundry operations are centred on the aspect of energy saving. Every process, be it minute, complicated and tedious, has to be cost effective and reduce energy levels. This increases the importance of melting as an important cog in the foundry machinery. Energy savings in terms of procedures, equipment, human resources and raw materials is crucial to the scale and level of profit and production in a foundry. Fine Cast has the best combination of melting furnaces used for manufacturing of different types of metal grades for various types of rolls.
Pouring Line
For foundries, the process of pouring is not just another procedure to be followed in the holistic process of casting. Poring today has become an art of modern technology. It has to done in a certain manner to ensure minimal energy consumption along with efficiency and convenience. At Fine Cast we have developed an automatic pouring line to complete the mould handling process.
sand Testing Lab
Foundry sand testing is a process used to determine if the foundry sand has the correct properties for a certain casting process. The sand is used to make moulds and cores via a pattern. The defects arising from the sand can be prevented by using sand testing equipment to measure the various properties of the sand. The equipment used at our lab is highly versatile and with next generation technology with innovation component.
Metalurgical Testing Lab
Since our founding, we have continually pursued superior foundry metallurgical expertise. The Metallographic Laboratory has all the equipment and supplies needed for cutting, grinding, polishing, and etching samples for metallographic examination. The Metallurgical Testing lab is equipped with state of art Italian make Spectrometer.
